Live vendor tracking

Your site went down.
Was it you, or your vendors?

Reliastra monitors your external dependencies from independent locations. When a vendor causes an outage, it generates the SLA evidence to prove it.

Track. Correlate. Prove.

Not another uptime monitor. A dependency intelligence tool that tells you who to blame — and gives you the evidence.

01

Track Your Dependencies

Add your external APIs, auth providers, payment gateways, and CDN endpoints. Reliastra monitors them from independent locations — just like your users experience them.

02

Correlate with Your Outages

When your site degrades or goes down, Reliastra cross-references the timing with your dependency data. It identifies which vendor is responsible — in seconds, not hours.

03

Generate SLA Evidence

One click produces a timestamped, region-specific evidence report. Send it to your vendor for SLA credits. Send it to your clients to prove it wasn't you. Send it to your boss to justify the incident.

What's actually happening right now.

Independent monitoring of major infrastructure providers. No vendor-controlled status pages. Real data from real locations.

SLA evidence, not SLA promises.

When a vendor causes your outage, you need more than a screenshot. You need a structured evidence document.

Vendor SLA credit claims

Most vendors require proof that their outage impacted your service. Reliastra generates exactly that — timestamped, region-specific, with latency evidence.

Client communication

Agencies: hand your client a report that says "This was AWS eu-west-1, not our infrastructure." Third-party evidence carries more weight than your word.

Incident postmortems

Attach Reliastra's evidence to your internal postmortem. Eliminate the 45-minute "was it us or them?" debate from every incident.

Vendor evaluation

Before signing a 3-year contract with a vendor, check their independent reliability history. Make procurement decisions on data, not sales pitches.

Common questions

We replaced it with something more valuable. Instead of promising to credit your account if we miss an outage (which saves you at most $147), we now help you get SLA credits from your vendors (which can save you thousands). The guarantee was marketing. Vendor SLA evidence is a product.
Monitoring your site tells you that you're down. It doesn't tell you why. Reliastra monitors your vendors alongside your site, so when you go down, it can immediately determine whether it's your infrastructure or a dependency. That attribution is what saves you hours on every incident.
Datadog and Grafana monitor your infrastructure from the inside. They can tell you your database is slow, but they can't tell you that Stripe's API is degrading in EU — because that's not inside your infrastructure. Reliastra is an external observer that monitors third-party services from your perspective.
Any service with an HTTP endpoint. Common ones: Stripe, Auth0, Cloudflare, OpenAI, AWS API Gateway, Twilio, SendGrid, Algolia, Supabase, PlanetScale, Vercel, Netlify, GitHub API, and hundreds more. You can also track internal services across different regions or teams.
It measures actual HTTP latency and status codes from independent locations. It reflects what a user in that region would experience when hitting that vendor's endpoint. It may differ from the vendor's own status page because we measure from outside their infrastructure, not inside.
You group endpoints by client. When a vendor causes an outage affecting Client A's site, Reliastra generates a branded evidence report for Client A — proving the failure was the vendor's, not the agency's. You can also give clients read-only access to their own dependency dashboard.
